Spring 2026 - Tennis Specific Strength and Conditioning program for High Performance Young Athletes and Adults. 7 week program begins early May at Couchiching Crossfit on West St in Orillia. Develop tennis specific strength, agility, stamina, balance, and mobility to improve athletic performance.
